SGM 01 Inner Cover Mechanism
Description
MEPA / SGM 1 Maximum 8 kg in a cabinet with sliding door system. weight cover is applied. Cover thickness should be between 18-28 mm. 2-3 and 4 covers can be operated. The wheels, made of 46 mm polyamide, run quietly and comfortably on aluminum rails.
APPLICATION
1- Fasten the bottom plinth 45.5 mm inside from the cabinet surface. Mount the aluminum rails flush with the top and bottom table of the cabinet.
2- Determine the door length as Cabinet interior distance (X) Door length (L) L= X+13.
3- Drill the inner and outer covers according to the holes in the pictures above.
4- Assemble the Internal and External mechanisms.
5- Place the covers on the rail and lock the lower guides in the rail.
6- Fix the lower and upper stoppers according to the movement of the cover.
7- Correct the irregularities on the covers with the adjustment bolts on the mechanisms.
8- For heavy covers, use a puller or boykup, assemble the mechanisms after painting.
