Description
APPLICATION
1- Open a 10.3 mm deep and 8.1 mm wide channel on the upper table. Open an 8.1 mm wide and 10.3 mm deep channel on the lower table. When determining the channel axes, determine the bottom table so that the first channel axis is 19 mm. If a system with two covers is to be made, consider the distance between the covers when determining the second channel axis. When opening a channel on the top table, make sure that the first channel axis is 13 mm. If a system with two covers is to be made, consider the distance between the covers when determining the second channel axis. When adjusting the door length, set the Door Length (L) and Table Height (X) as L=X-11.
2- Drill holes on the cover in the axes indicated in the pictures. Fasten the upper guide and lower rollers.
3- When assembling the doors on the cabinet, first place the lower roller on the rail and pull the locking latches of the guides downwards to place the upper guides into the rail, place them inside the rail and release the locking latches.
SKM 40 Sliding door mechanism max. 40kg. It operates silently with its bottom-carrying polyamide wheels. The carrier wheels under the cover also serve as guides. It is a demountable system that is easy to disassemble and assemble, thanks to the spring-loaded plastic guides on top. The lower and upper rails are PVC and 3 m long.
