It's easy to sign up. Your information will be saved to your account for future purchases.
If you shop as a guest user, your detailed information and details of your order will be sent in a confirmation email.
If you wish to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service department.
Order Change or Cancellation
Please note that if you would like to change or cancel your order, you can do so before it reaches the final stages of preparation for shipping.

In order to make payments with credit and debit cards, a CVV (Card Verification Value), which is a code printed on the card and used as a security measure in electronic commerce transactions, must be entered. Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the institution that issued the card.
Prices
Prices on the website are final sales prices.
If the price stated on the website differs from the price on the label, the correct price will be the price stated and accepted at the time of purchase.
Receipts and Invoices
Shopping Receipt
You will not receive a paper receipt for your purchases from Furnicept.com.
You can find and download your shopping receipt from your account.
Electronic Receipt
The purchase will be linked to your account and the receipt will be stored in electronic format.
Invoice
You can request an invoice for your order, either individually or on behalf of a company. You can access the invoice from your account after the order is shipped.
*For purchases made without registering, you can download your receipts and invoices from your order e-mail address.
Shipments and Shipping Rates
ONLY NON-DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE AMOUNT REQUIRED FOR YOU TO BENEFIT FROM THE FREE SHIPPING OPPORTUNITY. THE FREE SHIPPING OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY VALID FOR DELIVERY TO ADDRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS.
Available shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, when you place your order, and product availability.
When you make your purchase we will show you the available shipping methods, cost and estimated delivery date.
Please note that deliveries are made on business days only.
We remind you that the shipping address for your order must be within the same market/region where you made your purchase.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased for any reason, you can return them within 14 days and get a refund. To start the return process, simply go to the “My Orders” page and click the “Create Return” button for your relevant product. You can deliver your return to the contracted cargo branch or courier free of charge with the Return Cargo Barcode that will be created from the system.
Important Information
- You must pack and send the products you wish to return securely in their original packaging, undamaged, with labels intact and unused.
- When returning fragile products, you must protect the protective materials (styrofoam, bubble wrap, box) used when the products were shipped to you and pack them in the same way. For this reason, the responsibility for damage that may occur in cargo belongs to the customer.
- After we check the compliance of your product with the return conditions, the status of the return will be sent to you via e-mail. The amount will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days from the confirmation message sent to your e-mail.
- If the return conditions are not met, the relevant product will be sent back to your address by cargo for a fee.
Refund
The refund will be made through the payment method you used to make the purchase. If more than one payment method was used, the refund will be made proportionally according to the payment methods.
Once the transaction is completed, you will receive a refund confirmation via email. If more than 14 days have passed and the refund has not reached your account, please forward this confirmation to your bank to speed up the process.
